That may be a problem with the changes I made for color pair 0. Will
check. Normally I test on Linux with ncurses (with/without color style),
slang and the X11 pdcurses, and on win32 with cygwin (ncurses) and the
Visual C++, Borland C pdcurses. To my recollection, those all looked
ok...
