It is not Lynx the browser.

If it had been derived from the Lynx browser, which it has not, it
would be a copyright violation not to present that information prominently
to anyone actually obtaining the software. However, as the copyright
for Lynx is spread around a lot of people, it might be difficult to
bring an action for breach of copyright. But it is not derived from
Lynx, anyway.
