lynx-dev hyphenation

Seems that lynx will have hyphenation support soon. There is a library
libhnj - that provides functions for hyphenating and justification of words
(based on the TeX hyphenation rules).

This can improve rendering tables very much.

IMO the things we have to think about (in order to use any hyphenation files)
are:

1) how to get information about the language of the current html file (based
on the charset name of the current document or user setups).

2) The preface to this library says that it uses slightly modified Knuth's
algorithm, so it requires converting TeX rules to its own format (conversion
takes 17 sec on P100 for each hyphenation-rules file) - where those files
should be stored, since symlinking to possibly installed TeX files won't
be suitable. How location of the files would be configured. Also the
hyphenation files distribution policy must be selected (all
files (500Kb) packed with lynx? only us hyphenation files shipped?).

 Best regards,
  -Vlad
