lynx-dev Form-based file uploads

Hello,

I am sorry for bothering you, but I see on your development list that somebody 
has requested form-based file uploads.  Do you by any chance have a time frame 
for when this will be implemented?

I have downloaded the patch from Rob Partington and have installed it, but 
unfortunately, it will not compile with SSL.  (As I am sure you are aware since 
many 
of the same files are modified.)
