Few suggestions on Win32 patch integrated into dev.4 -

1) new defines (from CHANGES log) should be duplicated in doc/readme.defines
and probably doc/386-win.announce

2) CJK_EX should be configurable via configure switch for testing by
Japanese users on non-Windows platform.

3) a lot of new fixed buffer operations were added with WIN_EX and SH_EX,
perhaps most of sprintf/etc. should be replaced with safe HTSprintf/0
and so on according to current lynx style.
