lynx-dev lynx 2.8.1

Greetings Lynx Helper,
I just downloaded lynx 2.8.1 and can't make heads or tails of how to install
it.  I read the installation file and it was all Greek to me.  Is there
supposed to be something simply, like lynx.exe that you run?  I don't know
anything about compiling or decompiling or whatever else it said you're
supposed to do.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
