since you say you like Lynx, presumably you are usually reaching sites,
so you need to tell us which URLs are causing you problems;
also, by "interrupt" do you mean  z ?
someone may make a guess at your problem, but more details would help.
it also helps to give a sensible Subject for your e-mails (smile).
the latest release of Lynx is 2-8-1 from  www.slcc.edu/lynx/release ,
which has been giving trouble recently, in case you try it.
