lynx-dev Lynx for DOS386+

Hi

    I have two small queries .

1) I just want to know whether Lynx  DOS386+ supports external mail clients for sending mails apart from it's own mail client .  

    What I mean by external mail client is Eudora or Outlook Express . 

2) What version of HTML does it support .

    Hope to recieve a message in personal . If not then how will I be assured that my query has been answered , or when will it be posted in http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/.
