The code fails assertion at this pont

LWIP_ERROR("memp_malloc: type < MEMP_MAX", (type < MEMP_MAX), return NULL;);

The type at fail point is MEMP_NETCONN

i tested it and also that is the only reason why i can get the error when calling netconn_bind()

So netconn_new() is the call where something is not working.
