Follow-up Comment #8, task #6969 (project lwip):

I think for this to solve, we should never _set_ conn->err in api_lib.c
(netconn_recv currently does that) and never set it to ERR_MEM in api_msg.c.

The other solution would be to define some 'severe' errors. That would mainly
be the 'connection closed' errors for TCP, I think.
