Have a look towards the end of @LargeScaleStructure in dsf. You need
to make the running headers believe that the page they are on is a
Start page (as described in the User's Guide, in the section on
setting page headers), and you do that by embedding an invocation of
the @Runner symbol on that page, specifically
Start @Runner ...
If the first invocation of symbol @Runner on some page has the form
Start @Runner, then the running headers will understand that this is
a Start page, and then they will apply the Start page options from
the setup file, and you can set these options (as usual) to be @Null.
