progress with Version 3.07

Greetings to everyone on the Lout mailing list.

I have returned from my short holiday and I've sorted through all
the email that collected while I was away.  I can report now that
Version 3.07 has a few peripheral problems but is basically fine.
I will wait a couple of weeks for any further reports to come in,
then release a stable version called 3.08.

Thanks to everyone who took up the new release.  Please keep
those bug reports, comments, and suggestions rolling in.
