Hi,
the Google Doc Camp has nothing to do with Google Docs. The program
is run by Google, they pay to fly in ~half a dozen FOSS developers
from your project from anywhere in the world, pay for the hotel,
and provide office space to work out of (typically) during the week
before the Google Summer of Code summit. The idea is to improve
FOSS documentation, hopefully resulting in something on the scale of
an eBook. AFAIK there is no requirement or even suggestion to use
Google branded tools, and no requirement or even suggestion to
make the results available in anything other than the license you
use for the rest of your software + whatever distribution method you
like. (and I believe using an OSI-approved license is a pre-condition)
here's an example of a previous Doc Sprint result:

So very similar name, but two completely different things. This one
is simply a gift to the FOSS world.
