[libredwg] Need Documentation

Hello Everyone,
One thing i have found in libredwg is that it can be strongest
library, if we work on whole the code, review the code.
Can anyone tell me that where is the full documentation of libredwg at
user and development level.I do not want to do the coding from
scratch.Please help me in doing so.That will be a great opportunity
for me do project like libredwg.
