LilyPond 2.2.2 is out

LilyPond 2.2.2 is out.  It has a number of small bugfixes, so upgrade
if any of these errors concern you.

        * lily/accidental-engraver.cc (set_property_on_children): copy key
        signature setting. Backport. Should fix:
        bugs/custom-key-signatures.ly
