Well, I'm interested in this : have you recently successed at
mounting real UFS filesystems on GNU/Hurd ? I've tried to mount my
FS from NetBSD and FreeBSD, to no avail. Perhaps you have more
information ?
It was a while since I used it, but it worked. Maybe if you can
supply us with details, so this problem can be fixed? Could you try
making a small image, formating it with mk.ufs from the Hurd, and then
getting the ufs translator running on it?
(And *please*, dont use "incorrect" in every sentence. It might be
incomplete, but it isn't incorrect. Gosh, if you were a teacher,
I'd be surprised if you didn't get punches thrown at you once a
week).
Not as many as you would get for `Wrong', when something is perfectly
true and correct. My usage of `incorrect' is perfectly valid here.
