So, hrm, I'm looking at the libgsasl tarball and there, I only have
COPYING for LGPLv2.1. But the gltests directory contains GPLv3 stuff.
(sure, it's not needed for the library, but the tarball is not
LGPL-only -- it's arguably a minor thing ;-))
