Head over to the site http://www.swapnut.com/pal.php :
1) Click on the "Download" link.
2) This will open a new window and take you to the download.com page
where you just click on the "Download Now" link
3) A window will come up and select "Run this program from it's current
location."
4) The program will download and install from there.
