GLPK only uses a single thread. Thus on a quad core processor only one
core is used.
i5-4300M is a dual core processor which can run 4 threads in parallel
when hyperthreading is enabled. i5-4670S is a quad core processor
without hyperthreading. So 25 % load is what is expected when GLPK is
running one one of these processors.
