Dear Reza,
the source of GLPK comes with documentation for the GMPL language in
file doc/gmpl.doc. Please, read it carefully. There is also an examples
directory.
The source is available at
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glpk/glpk-4.60.tar.gz
