Dear Robbie,
I am still working on it and trying to resolve the last issue of balancing the weights for z and commcost. I need to bring them on a single scale so that effect of both is same in balancing. Secondly, I may go for publication for this in my PhD work (it's a small part of that research work). I have to do this model solving from C during runtime for balancing an irregular MPI application for loads and communication. Let me complete my model such that it is perfect, then I will inform you (after may be asking my supervisor) whether I can share it like this or not. But I would love to contribute it for the community.

thanks and regards,
Mudassar

Hi Mudassar

The GLPK wikibook contains several "full-scale"
MathProg models:

I think it would be useful if you are able to add your
example too.  If you don't wish to do the wiki-markup,
send me plain text and I will add it in due course.

Just a suggestion.

Robbie
