It provides the Java language binding for GLPK 4.47.

http://winglpk.sourceforge.net
It includes the GLPK 4.47 source distribution by Andrew Makhorin,
Windows executables and libraries for 32bit and 64bit Windows as
well as GLPK for Java 1.0.18.
