Hello Sheetal,

you can download a precompiled version of GLPK 4.44 from
the GLPK for Windows project located at
http://winglpk.sourceforge.net
Both 32bit and 64bit executables and DLLs are supplied.

You will find the downloads at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/winglpk/files/winglpk/

The current version of GLPK is 4.45.
