The % values are the "gap" between the current best
solution and the already known LP relaxation (for which
there can be no better solution).  Gaps are not printed
when they are too large.  You should see them decrease
too if you are lucky!

Gap information can be particularly useful when you
don't run your model to completion, but still need
to say something sensible about the problem -- like
whether a given engineering proposal could be
cost beneficial.
