Thank you very much. I need a time to understand where the MathProg
translator is inefficient.

Please make sure that on translating your model with glpsol there is
no page swapping which might increase the translation time in hundreds
times. The MathProg translator is greedy to the memory, and I'm not
sure that even 1 GB is sufficient to allocate such huge data for your
model. (My approximate calculations show that the memory amount needed
for your model is at least 700 MB.)
