Phil,You're calling sin() and cos() which returns doubles, and then you're saving these in arrays of floats. Would you possibly prefer to call cosf() and sinf(), which return floats, or to store everything as doubles?
Furthermore, what about a reverse lookup table to do trig inverses? Just a suggestion; I have no need for such a thing yet myself.
