I think it's hard to get financed from donors in a noncommercial project.

Game is good and I'll be glad if development starts. 

I will review source code and see, if I can help you in a different way.

Well, I would not be so optimist. We might find a way to write a project proposal, and it might be accepted. Until there, I would not count on it at any level of certainty.
