It would be relativly easy to add more meta-information to the side
view, underneath of the minimap where some existing meta-information
exists. More meta-info could be added to the MapHeader class, provided
a proper increase in the Version number. This meta info could be user
set, where a menu could be easily added to the existing
ScriptEditorScreen, and the extra information set to be shown in
either CustomGameScreen or ChooseMapScreen (CustomGameScreen derives
from the more generic ChooseMapScreen). The existing meta-info that
can be retrieved from the current map header is set in
ChooseMapScreen, specifically ChooseMapScreen::updateMapInformation.
It would be easy enough to add in a few more widgets to accompany more
meta-information.
