[glob2-devel] what global shortcut keys should there be? (was: quiting (esc vs. cmd+q and alt+f4))

From what I've grasped, currently there are 5 different key event
managers depending on what you're doing, making a map, playing a
game, etc.) which makes it a pain in the ass to implement cmd+q or
alt+f4 so I'm working on a function for all the global keys that'll
be checked by the individual key event managers. Will end up being
GlobalKeyboardShortcutManager in GlobalContainer soon enough.

So, besides those two for quit, what other global shortcuts should
there be? None works too :)
