sorry about the blanket ban thing yesterday, unfortunately when I tried
to put a ban on address@hidden it banned everybody, I had to modify the db
itself to get back in.

as you will also notice, the user count has dropped. This is because I
just deleted all of the spam accounts. I'm working on doing some more
upgrades soon since .21 just came out too. If you have any questions
I'll be in irc for a lot of today
