Hi,

Alpha19 has been released. CVS has been tagged.

Get it at:

It would be nice if the community could make announces, post news on web 
sites, make win32 and other packages, etc..

Please note that if you make packages, take care of using the tagged CVS 
instead of HEAD CVS as we may break things in CVS HEAD.
