Hi Silent,

Of course you are welcome to make a campaign. Just keep in mind that the 
Universe Background is just a page for people to put their idea about it, and 
no canonical storyline has been choosen yet. But don't feel blocked by that, 
take the story you like and do the campaign of your dreams ;-)
At worst, it won't be in the canon storyline but in the fanon one. At glob2, 
we love fanfic :-)
