[Gcjwebplugin-devel] Patch: AppletTag getLocationToURL fix

Fixed the check to be a bit more specific.

Applets, such as http://www.caligraft.com/calligraphies/web-hilos/applet
would fail in the standalone because it is missing a "\" at the end.
This is fixed now.
