[Forge-main] FRINGE: Basics on Wiki

Hi All,

This list has been silent for quite sometime now. Due to real life
responsibilities, my on-line commitments had to take a back seat but now
I have a bit more spare time so I'd like to restart development of the
FRINGE role-playing system.

To aid in this I have copied the old FRINGE rules into a Wiki. A wiki is
an collaborative content management system that allows anyone to come
along and edit pages:

In the meantime, we need to starting thinking about the rules again, in
particular skills and so on.
