SimpleAgenda 0.46

Hi all,

The last 2 releases (at least) contained a major bug turning the application 
into a useless
brick : the Personal local store created on startup wasn't initialized 
correctly and would
not accept data. Sorry about that.

This release contains a workaround and make the application useful again. Some 
more work will
be needed to cleanup the code.
