0h dear- this is slipping down my list again - I guess I am not
confident that I understand the question. So I'll just say a couple of
things that might help:
Denemo is a programmable front end to LilyPond & MIDI, so you can create
commands that place notes with the modified accidentals that LilyPond
provides and make the note sound at a modified pitch (within the
limitations of MIDI, that is 12 pitches per octave).
No-one has written these short scripts for any microtonal scheme as yet
though.
