[Denemo-devel] Editing directives.

I've pushed a major upgrade to the directive editing code. Where there
is no edit script available, a low-level edit dialog pops up, allowing
you to edit the directive textually. It includes a delete button,
allowing you to delete directives attached to notes leaving all else
untouched. This latter needs to be made available by default when an
editing script is present.
Some directives (clef, keysig ...) are not yet incorporated in the
editing scheme (I think).
