[Denemo-devel] Rest entry missing from the Note/Rest menus!

A rather glaring omission from the menu system - rest entry! Of course,
there is always rest entry mode, but for single rests there is the
Alt-0, 1, 2 functions, and these were tucked away in the menu system
instead of being in the logical place. I've put them in all the
Note/Rest object menus, even in Edit mode, because it is useful to use
them in Edit mode. (As usual, this is just so people can look up what
the shortcut is, not that you would normally use the menu system to
enter a rest - so putting them here is just by way of documentation, but
very important documentation it is.)
