    Increase kernel map size
    
    To avoid running out of memory due to the increased consumption by radix
    trees which replaced arrays.
    
    * kern/slab.c (KMEM_MAP_SIZE): Bump from 96MiB to 128MiB.
    * i386/i386/vm_param.h (VM_KERNEL_MAP_SIZE): Add 32MiB accordingly.
