 The build scripts for the srfi-18 egg do not quote their environment
 variables which may lead to build errors if any of them contained spaces
 (something not uncommon with `CFLAGS` and `LDFLAGS` used in the Windows
 build script). I've fixed the same kind of bug for several eggs and
 created a patch that resolves it.
