 If you set `CHICKEN_INSTALL_REPOSITORY` to relative path and install an
 egg, the generated install script will put the egg's files under
 `~/.chicken-install/cache` rather than in the actual repository.

 $ chicken-install srfi-1 >/dev/null
 $ ls foo
 $ chicken-status
