Details:

Hi all,

Thanks for the great work with GNU Make!

I wanted to point out a small problem with GNU Make 4.3's documentation. When
building from source using http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/make/make-4.3.tar.gz , I
wanted to do things right and read the README to get installation
instructions. The README does not contain these but says:

For source distribution building and installation instructions, see the file
INSTALL.

However, I can't find a file called INSTALL in the archive. I fell back to
doing ./configure, make, make install as usual and that worked fine. But I
think it would be good to include the INSTALL file! Apologies if I am being
dense and just didn't find this file.

Best,
Martin
