I'm only interested in replacing mutt functionality initially, so curses
bindings are a great start. This can be a new game! How mnay changing
APIs can Jeff follow? =)

Sure - Log into savannah and register gnuts as a project. After that it
all happens pretty quick for projects that already exist on subversions.
