Thank you for the report. It looks like you have stumbled on an
infrequently tested path, and looks like the error recovery mechanism in
m4 has a bug when encountering low disk space due to a quota.
As for completing your build, you'll have to find a way to enlarge the
quota. In the meantime, we'll have to figure out what the actual bug is
in the m4 error recovery code and repair it before the next m4 version
is released.
