Oh yuck.  That isn't supposed to happen.  For people with write access
the tree has moved to:

  subversions.gnu.org:/cvsroot/libtool
  
And incidentally has a project page at

  http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/libtool
  
Please try checking out again with the new cvsroot, or using the
newcvsroot script from Alexandre's cvs-utils project to point your
currently checked out tree at the new cvs repository.

Otherwise, I will try and sort out the other.
