Change the manual to build with texinfo 5.1.
* doc/idutils.texi (Top): Rearrange menu.
(Quick start): Use @itemize and @item.
(Common options): Rearrange menu.
(Walker options): Use @item, not @itemx.
(Past and Future): Use @itemize and @item.
