I fixed the libgit2 errors and got rid of the ldconfig warnings we had:

  9805ad6f8 * gnu: julia: Don't invoke /sbin/ldconfig.
  d40b5684c * gnu: julia: Adjust libgit2 tests.

However I now get another test failure:
