I think it's because "glibc-versioned-locpath.patch" uses the libc
VERSION constant.
Perhaps we could substitute glibcs "version.h", but that might break
other things. Or introduce a different variable, say
GUIX_GLIBC_VERSION, and use that. WDYT?
