I have not finished with gcc.008.txt but will do so shortly and send
in the changes.

I'm not terribly choosy. Looking through the list, though, the best
fit for me technically would be "GNU Software for Windows". I
promise not to loose my lunch. But are you seeking someone actually
to port the software to Windows, or just to write the documentation?
