PSPP-BUG: [bug #66530] test fail mostly on ASCII/strings and tables dimensions maybe due to greek language used

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #66530 (group pspp):

looking in test 22 (first failed).
running the syntax inside pspp, succeed as i can see.

The problem is that it cant find either the path of num-out.py or python3 and
therefore cant run the test.
However, in ./run is not given the option to change the path of the test file
somehow.
